Before you write

Most messages are one of four things, and three of them have a faster answer:

Where is my order? Your dispatch email has the tracking link. If it has not moved in {{SEUIL_ALERTE_SUIVI}}, write to us with the order number.
It is not the one. Refunds: 14 days, full refund, and nothing to send back. Email us with your order number and a photo.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost? Shipping. Delivery is free, and duty is paid before the parcel moves.
Which size, which setting, will it fit my sofa? That one is for us. Tell us the room and the chair and we will tell you which throw.

Writing to us about an order

Include the order number and one line on what happened. If something is damaged, a photo saves a whole exchange of emails.

Erreurs de champ

Nom manquant : We need a name to reply to.
E-mail manquant : We need an email address to reply to.
E-mail mal formé : That address is missing something. Check for a typo.
Message vide : Tell us what happened, even in one line.

Erreur d'envoi That did not send. Nothing is lost: try again, or email us directly at {{EMAIL_CONTACT}}.
