Who can request a return
Any customer who purchased directly through krompods.com within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible reasons
Defective or damaged product on arrival. Wrong item received. Sound quality issue. Build quality not as described. Changed your mind — we'll still sort it within 30 days.
How to request a return
Email contact@krompods.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. No return form required.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Return shipping
For defective or incorrect items, Krompods covers return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Items that have been physically damaged by the customer after receipt.
