Everything on this page is the same everywhere else: on the product page, in the basket, at checkout, and in our Google Merchant Center settings. If you ever find a difference, the lower figure is the one we will honour, and we would like to know about it.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom and to Australia. That is the whole list today.

The United States is not open. No delivery method exists for a United States address, so the order cannot be completed, and we would rather tell you that here than let you find it out at the payment step. We are not putting a date on it, because we do not have one we could keep. When that changes, this page changes first, before any advertising does.

What delivery costs

Destination What the checkout calls it Cost
United Kingdom Free delivery, 7 to 10 working days Free, on every order
Australia Free delivery, 10 to 15 working days Free, on every order

Delivery is free on every order, to both countries. There is no minimum to reach, no code to enter, and no end date. It is not an offer, it is how we sell.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling in the United Kingdom and in Australian dollars in Australia. You are charged in the currency you were shown, and the conversion is not yours to worry about.

The total you see at checkout (product, delivery, tax) is the total that leaves your account.

How long it takes

Step United Kingdom Australia
Total, order to door 7 to 10 working days 10 to 15 working days

Those two totals are the ones the checkout shows you, in the same words. They are the only two we publish anywhere.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Both ranges are our own estimate, held with margin. Neither is a delivery date bought from a carrier, and we are not going to dress one up as a guarantee. We quote the range we can hold in a bad week, not the one we can hit in a good one. What we do promise is the telling: if your parcel is going to miss the range we gave you, we email you before you have to chase us.

Duty and tax

Duty and import tax are paid by us, before the parcel moves. The price on the product page is the price you pay. Nothing is collected at your door, and no carrier will contact you for a payment.

This is what "delivered duty paid" means, and it is the whole reason we chose it. A parcel that arrives with a bill attached is not a delivery, it is an argument.

Tracking

Your dispatch email carries a tracking number and a link. A number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal.

Addresses, missed deliveries and refused parcels

Check the address before you pay. We dispatch to the address on the order, and once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot always redirect it.

  • Nobody home. The carrier follows its own process: a neighbour, a safe place, or a collection point, with a card or a message.
  • Parcel unclaimed, then returned by the carrier. We refund in full once the carrier confirms it is on its way back. You can also ask us to send it again, and we will, once.
  • Refused at the door. Same treatment. Easier still: accept it, look at it, and start a return under our Refunds policy if it is not the one. That gives you 14 days to decide instead of thirty seconds on a doorstep.

Damage in transit

If the box is visibly damaged, take a photo before you open it, and another of the product itself.

We replace or refund. We do not ask you to argue with the carrier: that is our job, not yours.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item and one of them is delayed, we send what is ready first and the rest when it arrives, at no extra cost. You will get a tracking number for each parcel.

If it is not the one

Fourteen days from delivery to change your mind. We pay for the return. Start it from your account, or email us, and we send you the return details. The whole policy is on the Refunds page, and it is three steps long.
